End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "you") and FoxGPT ("Operator", "we", "us") governing your use of the FoxGPT service, including the Telegram bot, web application, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

FoxGPT is an AI-powered assistant that provides conversational responses, information search and analysis, and text generation through third-party AI providers. The Service is available via Telegram and a web application.

The Service is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise). AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You are solely responsible for evaluating and using any output.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with involvement of a parent or guardian.

To purchase paid plans, you must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.

Access to the Service may be linked to your Telegram account or other identifiers we assign. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account.

You must not share access credentials or allow others to use your account in violation of your plan limits.

The Service offers Free, Premium, and Premium X2 plans with different message limits as described on our pricing page.

Free includes up to 50 messages per week (rolling). Premium includes up to 100 messages per day for 30 days. Premium X2 includes up to 200 messages per day for 30 days. Daily limits reset each calendar day during the subscription period.

Limits and features may be updated; material changes will be communicated through the Service or website.

Premium plans may be purchased via Telegram Stars or card, as available in the Telegram bot. Payment activates a 30-day subscription with daily message limits.

Prices are displayed in Stars (⭐) and/or rubles (₽) at the time of purchase. We may change prices; changes apply to new purchases.

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for illegal purposes or to generate harmful, abusive, or infringing content; (b) attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or security measures; (c) reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the API; (d) resell or sublicense access without authorization; (e) interfere with the operation of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations without prior notice.

Responses are generated by third-party AI services and are provided "as is". We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any purpose.

Do not rely on the Service for medical diagnosis, legal advice, investment decisions, or other high-risk decisions without independent verification by qualified professionals.

You retain ownership of content you submit ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant the Operator a limited license to process, transmit, and store it as necessary to provide the Service, including sharing with third-party AI providers.

You represent that you have the rights to submit User Content and that it does not violate third-party rights or applicable law.

The Service relies on third-party AI providers, Telegram, and payment processors. Your use may also be subject to their terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, or policy changes.

Telegram users are also subject to Telegram's privacy policies when using the bot.

FoxGPT name, logo, software, and website content are owned by the Operator or licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding except as needed to use the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THIS AGREEMENT OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED RUBLES IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANY AMOUNT.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of this Agreement, abuse, or legal requirements.

Upon termination, provisions that by nature should survive (including disclaimers and limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

We may update this Agreement. Material changes will be posted on this page or communicated via the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

This Agreement is governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
