This Privacy Policy describes how Индивидуальный предприниматель Балахонов Юрий Викторович ("Operator", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use FoxGPT — the Telegram bot, web application, and this website (collectively, the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Telegram: your Telegram user ID, username (if public), language preference, and messages you send to the bot.

Web app: account identifiers we assign, session data, language preference, and chat messages you submit.

Payments: payment status and plan information processed via Telegram Stars or card. We do not store full bank card details.

Website: standard server and analytics logs (if enabled and you consent to analytics cookies), browser language, and pages visited.

To provide and improve the AI assistant (processing your messages with the Operator's own AI model).

To manage subscriptions, message limits, and billing.

To communicate service updates, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

The Service relies on third parties including Telegram (bot platform) and payment processors. Your data may be processed according to their policies. AI processing runs on the Operator's own infrastructure located in Russia; we do not send your requests to AI providers outside Russia.

When you use Telegram, Telegram's own privacy policies also apply.

The content of your messages is processed solely to generate the AI assistant's response and maintain conversation context; it is not used to train our own models.

Chat context is stored to maintain conversation memory until you clear it via /deletecontext or equivalent in the web app. Once cleared, it is no longer used in further processing.

Account and billing records are retained as needed to provide the Service and meet legal requirements.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

The Service is not intended for users under 13. If you are under 18, use the Service with a parent or guardian.

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
